GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND BUSINESS |

Registration
We request you to register at least 3 weeks before the start of the congress concerned. Registrations received later can no longer be handled by us. The participant must then register on the spot. Further registration forms can be ordered from the congress organizers, Beate Ruloff Event Consulting GmbH, Ratingen. Your admission ticket is your name badge, that will be handed out to you upon receipt of your payment. The congress documents will be presented to you along with your name badge. If you register and pay the fee in good time, all the congress documents will be sent to you at least 2 weeks before the start of the congress. Registration is carried out following a correct statement of your address and the correct statement and transmission of all the data necessary for handling payment; alternatively, in the case of credit transfer, following the timely receipt of payment by Beate Ruloff Event Consulting GmbH. Beate Ruloff Event Consulting GmbH accepts this offer of a contract by sending a message of confirmation by email, fax or letter.
Prices and fees
The price stated for the academic registration as offered on the Internet is exclusive of VAT; the price for hotel accommodation and the social programme includes the handling fees and VAT at the statutory rate. Beate Ruloff GmbH reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if prices are obviously incorrect.
Data security
All the information entered by the customer (address, credit card data, details of bank account etc.) is automatically encrypted (SSL 128 bit) during transmission to Beate Ruloff Event Consulting and treated as confidential. The information is only passed on to third parties if it is needed by the contracting parties for performance of the contract. Personalized data are only recorded and stored with the express consent of the customer.
Cancellations
If participation in the congress is cancelled up to 3 weeks before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of € 20.00 per person will be charged. All registration documents (originals of all tickets, name badges, the invoice and confirmation of participation) must be returned to Beate Ruloff Event Consulting GmbH, Ratingen. Only then can the money be refunded. The participation fee can no longer be refunded once this three-week period has expired. If your registration for the social programme is cancelled up to 3 weeks before the start of the congress, a handling fee of € 20.00 per person will be charged. Once this deadline is exceeded the admission tickets will cease to be valid if not used. The decisive date is that of the congress organizer's receiving stamp.
Guarantee
Beate Ruloff Event Consulting GmbH accepts no liability for the correctness, completeness or topicality of the information given in its Internet offer except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Should Beate Ruloff Event Consulting GmbH receive information that events have been cancelled or the dates changed, the buyers will be informed thereof by Beate Ruloff Event Consulting GmbH. Any warranty claims arising from performance of the contract shall only exist vis-à-vis the organizer concerned. Customers are under an obligation to check the full-time or one-day tickets for correctness and completeness upon receipt thereof (in particular in respect of the event, date, time, price and number) and lodge any complaints to Beate Ruloff Event Consulting GmbH in writing by email, fax or conventional mail within three working days.
Final clauses
Should any parts of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the contract or the remaining terms and conditions. The place of performance for the delivery of goods and for payment shall be the registered office of Beate Ruloff Event Consulting GmbH. The sole court of jurisdiction shall be that of the registered office of Beate Ruloff Event Consulting GmbH if the customer is a Vollkaufmann (merchant entered in the Commercial Register) or a public-law entity. The applicable law shall be solely that of the Federal Republic of Germany. |
